My experience at Globe Motors Blackburn was positive because the vehicle developed a fault on the first day of purchase and the Dealer travelled a total of 200 miles (two return journeys ) to my home collected the vehicle and within 24hrs returned the vehicle with the faults rectified. At no time did the manager Jav or the sales person Moh attempt to fudge or make excuses. From the moment that I contacted they were genuinely disappointed that a problem had arisen and went the extra mile, quite literally, to resolve the situation immediately. I received nothing but superb aftersales service from this company and i am happy to recommend their company to anybody looking for great service and a quality vehicle.

I live in Devon and needed to replace a Range Rover Evoque at short notice due to an accident write-off. I found a suitable low mileage one online at GMB but was unable to initially view it in person before deciding to purchase due to the distance involved and my commitments. I would normally fully view and road test a used car before buying, but any concerns in this regard were completely unfounded. The GMB team answered all my probing questions by swift phone, email and WhatsApp messaging and they provided a full service history with close up videos of this car. I also requested extra work be undertaken to match some specs of my former Evoque, for which I received regular progress updates.
On collection, the car was superbly presented and after a formal test drive, I was more than happy to proceed with the purchase, along with the opportunity to buy a comprehensive RAC warranty for piece of mind. Bill and his team were professional and friendly throughout the process and were very helpful in putting together a car package that fulfilled my requirements.
After owning this car for over 6 weeks now, I am still delighted with this purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another used car from GMB (even though I live in Devon) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used Evoque from this speciality company.
